HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY PLANNER?
Right after you get engaged. That's right! We recommend you confirm your planner right after you say "yes". This allows the planner to be in the know from day one to deliver the best service and also eliminates the hassle of you having to do the negotiations with individual vendors.
HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY VENUE?
The ideal window and industry standard to book your venue would be 12-15 months in advance. We know this is not always possible, however. The important thing to remember when choosing when to confirm your venue is to be aware of trends for weddings. Popular wedding dates might require 15 months in advance while other dates could require less than 12 months in advance.
HOW MUCH DOES A PLANNER COST?
Pricing for wedding planners varies between planners, states, and even client budgets. To know more about our pricing, we suggest having a conversation with us. Sure, we have standard pricing but not every bride is standard and we like to know your needs before talking money. Minimum investments, however, do begin at $5,000.
DO YOU PLAN & DESIGN?
Yes! We pride ourselves on being an all-inclusive wedding and event service company. Because of this, we are able to offer both planning and design services.
DO YOU DO PARTIAL PLANNING?
Currently, we do not offer any partial planning packages or day-of coordination. Over the years, we have found that the best way to deliver fulfilling service is to be all hands-on when taking you from "yes" to "I do". All hands-on for us means full planning and design.
